Not all network marketing companies are equal…I know that. I tried over 40 different ones before going through a life-crushing event and stumbling onto Young Living Essential Oils. After I went through my cancer battles and changed the way I ate, I then went through a bad auto accident that left me with dibillitating anxiety and panic attacks. They pressed me out of living for 8 years of my life. Then I stumbled across Young Living while searching for anything outside of the pharmecuetaicals the doctors were using to try to help me get past it. FINALLY, I had found something that WORKED!! Not only did I get much of my life back, but I also found more information on my journey to rid my life of more toxins and made new friendships along the way. I’ve had several people scoff and turn up their noses however that my new-found freedom was with yet another network marketing company.

Here are some answers as to Why …Freedom

No matter how you look at it, Young Living will bring you and your family freedom.

You have to know what to look for when choosing a network marketing business so let’s dive deeper into why to choose a Young Living business. Network marketing is not a get rich quick business. Be skeptical of anyone who leads you to believe it is. While it does take work, it is an amazing way to build your very own business with less than $200 to start. If someone wants something bad enough, they can figure out a way to save $200 to start their own business. An MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) business gives you a flexible schedule, endless income potential, and is a business you can sell or will to others. I am going to repeat that one. You can sell it or will it to others. That means you can leave it to your family. Let’s explore these a little more.

1. It’s an investment in you and your family’s future.

Did you know that someone who starts and builds a State Farm insurance business has to give their business back to State Farm when they retire or pass away? Why spend time and energy building something you really have no ownership over?

If you’re going to spend your time here on earth working, I ask that you strongly consider doing two things.

  1. Spend it doing something you enjoy. Something that allows you to build relationships and create experiences you will never forget along the way. After all, on your last day on earth, you will be thinking about the people you love and the fun times you had. So make sure you create a lot of those memories along the way.
  2. Do something that will allow you to pass on the benefits of all your hard work to the ones you love.

2. It provides a flexible schedule and you can work from anywhere.

Do you think it would be fun to go on a last-minute trip with your family and not have to get permission from anyone?

Since you are your own boss, you can head out of town whenever you want. You have to remember that showing up daily and being consistent is key to success; however, connecting with people, even on vacation, is beneficial to your YL business.

You can share YL with your friends at a summer barbeque, with your family at a holiday party, or at a destination wedding in Mexico. To get started, all they have to do is get on the website from their phone and order. It truly is work that can be done anytime, anywhere.

3. True financial freedom.

Do you feel like your drowning in debt? Like you will be paying bills for the rest of your life? Do you want to free yourself from that bondage and live debt free?

This is where we discuss residual income vs active income.

Residual income is when you continue to get paid after the work is done. This includes royalties from books, movies, or songs and also income that comes from real estate (renting out a home you own) or business investments where you don’t actually have to be present to earn it. For example, Bill Gates is still making a residual income from Microsoft even though he isn’t working there anymore.

Active income is probably what you are used to. It comes as a direct result of your efforts. This is when you work for one hour and get paid a certain amount for that hours work. This can be seen in wages, salaries, and self-employed service providers like lawyers or doctors.

In a regular job, you trade time for money (active income). When you’re at work, you get paid and when you call in sick you don’t. This means you can never stop working or the money stops. What if all the hours you have put in over the last 5 years could continue making you money even if you took a month off (residual income)? Or better yet, you made more money after your month off than the month before? That is the power of network marketing and residual or recurring income.

I can say from personal experience that it takes time, hard work, and dedication to build a business that can replace an average income. But it is 100% possible. In order to build a business to be a six-figure earner, all you truly need is one thing: keep going and never quit.

Watch this video by Diamond leader Ryan Hase as he compares a Young Living business to traditional investments.

“As long as you don’t quit, you will succeed.”

If you want the opportunity to get ahead of your bills, to pay off debt, the ability to pay cash for whatever you want or to give to your favorite cause, this is your chance to work hard and to make it happen.

4. The time is right.

Do you feel like your life is too busy to start a business?

With technology and your ability to connect with hundreds or thousands of people with the push of a button, there is no time like the present to start a company that is all about connecting with people.
In the 20th century, we lived in the “Industrial Age.” Whoever owned the factories controlled the wealth. Now we live in the “Information Age” where companies like Facebook and Twitter are changing the name of the game. Today, it is about building and owning networks. This has leveled the playing field. There has never been a better time to start and grow your own networking company.

5. Securing your future.

At your current job, who is working for who? Are you spending your time away from your friends and family building someone else’s dream or yours?

Most people work the 40/40/40 plan. 40 hours a week, for 40 years, and retire on 40% of their basic salary.

If you are ready to build your own fortune and not someone else’s, network marketing is for you.

By starting your own business you are working for your future. The time you put in is for you and your family, not someone else’s.

6. Job Security

Is your job secure now? If your company or your spouse’s company needed to make cuts are you 100% certain your position would be secure? If you were to get injured and couldn’t return to work would you be able to survive financially? This business is a way to have a backup plan. A way to invest in you and your family’s future.

Are you wondering if this business is secure? Nothing is 100%, which is why having multiple sources of income is smart. People are spending money traveling, building experiences, and health and wellness. With your YL business, you are providing health and wellness through their products and building a community of people helping others build relationships: an experience they will never forget. By sharing the opportunity with others, you are sharing the benefits of time and financial freedom. And you’ll gain skills you can use for life.
Warren Buffett, one of the most successful investors in the world, cautions us and says “never rely on a single source of income, because if you do, one day you may be income-less”.

7. Directly compensated for the work you put in.

Do you ever feel like you are giving 200% at work and no one is noticing and your paycheck isn’t reflecting all your hard work?

If you are looking for a place to feel valued and appreciated, a place that gives you support and encouragement, a place where your paycheck directly affects the amount of work you put in, you are in the right place.

I will say that I have never worked in an atmosphere that has surrounded me with so many supportive people. Part of it is that no one is forced to do this business, therefore, everyone involved is really happy to be involved. That makes a HUGE difference in morale.

If you treat this like a hobby, you will get paid like a hobby. If you treat this like a business, you will get paid like a business. Business takes work and dedication and while you don’t have to show up to an office, you do need to be consistent if you want to build your business to replace your salary or to earn over six figures. However, I want to emphasize that the more you love your people and empower them to set themselves free, the bigger your business will get.

8. The relationships.

Oh My Word, I had NO idea that this business would create so many amazing relationships. Do you ever think you don’t have enough friends? Maybe you have a few good friends, but you haven’t been great about keeping up with the people you grew up with, or went to high school with? That was totally me.

This business has overflowed my relationship cup.

We all need and long for community. If you feel like you aren’t a part of a community now, you will build one with your YL team and it will feel amazing. If you are already a part of a tight-knit community like a church group, or a regular fitness group, your business with flourish because you already have a community and adding Young Living lifestyle is a way to deepen your community.

9. A rewarding life.

No, I’m not talking about all the free trips you will get with your best friends building this business. I’m talking about helping others find success. Not all network marketing companies have a compensation plan that encourages helping those below you to succeed. Young Living’s comp plan is set up to encourage you to help those below you succeed. As they hit higher ranks you generate more financial bonuses. Therefore, it is an incentive to help those below you GROW. You are never penalized for their success or if they surpass you in this business.

YL helps you to grow with others. You can help people take charge of their health and their lives. You may believe in people when they don’t have the self-confidence themselves and cheer them on their journey. You’ll find yourself putting others first and helping your friends. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives, then this business is for you. You may not have ever experienced poverty or living paycheck to paycheck, but to be able to help others at all levels break free from whatever holds them back is an amazing thing.
Imagine six of your friends and family members who struggle to make ends meet, have low self-esteem, lack a sense of purpose in life, or want to see themselves soar. Now imagine through your Young Living business you are able to help them not only live above the wellness line but also start to build their own business. Imagine your friends that were living paycheck to paycheck are now debt-free living out their dreams, taking vacations, and building amazing memories all because you said YES. Imagine inspiring confidence and a passion for empowering others through Young Living businesses. Close your eyes and think about the smiles. the energy, the gratitude, all because you shared Young Living products with them and the opportunity to build a life they deserve. If you build a Young Living business you will change the lives of everyone around you. There is absolutely no way to build your business without setting others free. A pretty powerful feeling, isn’t it?

Do you feel like this all sounds amazing but aren’t really sure what to do or where to start? The best place is in taking that first step. Saying YES to better wellness, the possibility of financial freedom, stronger community, and saying yes to YOU!!

To say YES…..You can do so Here!!
